Privacy policy

AI Readiness Audit is a free audit for marketing and comms teams that runs inside ChatGPT. It is run by Chazrt, an AI training and consulting business. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you finish the audit, we save:

• your answers to the 21 questions, including anything you type in the optional open questions
• the score, report and next step the audit works out
• the currency you picked and the date
• the tailored quick wins and 30-day plan ChatGPT writes for you, if it saves them

We don't ask for your name to run the audit. Your answers are not linked to you unless you choose to email yourself the report.

If you use the optional "Email me my report" form, we also save:

• your name, work email and company (company is optional)
• whether you ticked "OK for Chazrt to follow up"

We don't collect payment details, passwords, ID numbers or health information. We don't see the rest of your ChatGPT chat, and we don't get anything from your ChatGPT account.

Please don't type names of other people, client names or private details into the open questions.

Why we use it

• To show you your report and, if you ask, email it to you.
• To improve the audit, for example by seeing which questions people find hard or which quick wins come up most.
• To follow up with you, only if you ticked the follow-up box. If you didn't, we won't contact you.

We don't sell your information. We don't use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

• Vercel runs the audit (servers in the United States).
• Supabase stores the saved answers and form details (servers in Singapore).
• Resend sends the report email (servers in Japan).
• OpenAI runs ChatGPT. What you type in ChatGPT is covered by OpenAI's own privacy policy.

These companies only process the information to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep audit answers and reports for 24 months, then delete them. We keep email form details for 24 months after your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop following up. Email info@chazrt.com. If you used the email form, tell us the email address you used. We'll reply within 30 days.

We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. If you're in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
